Terms of Membership – The PodRoom

Welcome to The PodRoom – where hosts meet guests, connections happen, and voices grow.

By joining as a member of The PodRoom, you agree to the following Terms of Membership. These terms apply when you join the one-time payment for lifetime access and are designed to protect the community, your access, and the value we’re creating together.


1. Membership Access & What’s Included

As a paying member of The PodRoom, you receive:
• Two live zoom calls per month. 1 podcast networking sessions per month and a Hotseat session.
• Access to our private WhatsApp community and PodRoom broadcast channels
• Opportunities to be booked or book others on podcasts, plus visibility within the network
- 4 in-person events per a year.
• Priority access to upgrades, events, and referral opportunities

We are always looking to expand the value of the membership, and features may be added or adjusted as we grow. Founding Members retain their perks as long as they stay subscribed.

2. Payment Options & Commitments

You pay a one-time payment of £497 for lifetime access.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
• No refunds are given once a payment is made — including for partial months, missed events, or change of mind.

4. Member Behaviour & Community Guidelines

We are intentional about the energy in our community. By joining, you agree to:
• Show up respectfully and participate in good faith
• Avoid spamming, aggressive self-promotion, or any form of harassment
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in networking discussions

Failure to adhere to community standards may result in removal from the membership without refund.

5. Disclaimers

The PodRoom provides opportunities — not guarantees. We facilitate powerful connections, but cannot promise podcast bookings, business results, or collaborative outcomes.

You are solely responsible for who you choose to connect or collaborate with. Please conduct your own due diligence.


6. Communication & Notifications

By joining, you agree to receive essential communications regarding PodRoom sessions, community updates, and membership changes.

You may also receive promotional content from Make Your Mark Agency Ltd. You can unsubscribe from promotional content, but doing so may limit your access to updates.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify the membership features, schedule, or pricing in the future. Any changes will be communicated in writing, and your continued use of the membership indicates acceptance of those changes.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. This includes your name, email address, and payment information, which will be used solely for the purpose of administering your membership.

9. Invoices & Receipts

You will receive a receipt by email upon payment. Please retain this for your records.

10. Cooling-Off Period Notice

By ticking the box at checkout, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as you are receiving immediate access to digital content and live community sessions.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
